VectorWS workaround + Remove removed enum + Regenerate

As the title says, 3 changes:

• Remove DOTA_ABILITY_TYPE_ enum as it's not outputted anymore in the API
• For vector related API, a lot of the functions changed to using vectorws which is not available to lua and not visible in the dump. However, most of that API still works with Vector, so I made overrides for those functions that changed from Vector to unknown to still use Vector.
• Regenerate the dump.
