Release v2.1 - IO26 Schedule & iOS26 support

IO26 schedule:

• Displaying a 4th tab for IO26, days prior and days after IO. After that, it is no longer visible.
• Fetching the IO26 schedule via a temporary endpoint, generated by a Google sheet app.
• Persisting the entire IO26 schedule locally, while still fetching from remote if needed.
• Displaying the IO26 daily schedule, filtered by day.
• Filtering the daily schedule by type of activity (all, my schedule, spec, open fly) and persist latest selection.
• Allowing to fav specific schedule activities, persist locally and build a customized schedule.
• Notifying the user 1 hour prior the activity's start time (local notifications).
• Un-faving an activity deletes the scheduled local notification.
• Tapping the local notification opens the app and show the activity, in that specific day.
• Displaying all local notifications in the notifications section (with push notifications).

iOS26 support:

• UI overhaul to adjust to iOS26's latest liquid glass design paradigm.
• Making it backwards compatible with previous OS' design.

Series support:

• Displaying the series a race belongs to, in the race detail view.
