Compatibility with eko 0.12

The main feature of this tag is the compatibility with eko==0.12. We also added the new scaffold feature which allows the user to quickly setup the needed folders and files to compute FKtables.

We have corrected the scale-variations availability test on the grids in such a way pineko does not check the factorization scale if we are using scheme B.
