Adds support for Azure Functions. Might be a good idea to refactor
ParseInteractionAsyncandHandleInteractionAsyncinto a publicly accessible library since those are basically just copied from the AspNet integration. For tests I also just did the same as the AspNet integration and provided a basic sample application.
