Hi Aryan,
I have reviewed your PR locally and though the main changes reflect as required in both the modes. The text at the end of the hover tip however is being cut off. Also if it is allowed in this PR I do not see the colors in light modes being displayed in dark mode for the tiles.

Overall, good job with this implementation. Small detail: the colours for the numbers don't show in dark mode.

How to Test
Check out the current branch.
Run the following commands:
npm installnpm run buildnpm startStart the frontend to load the updated UI.
Clear the browser’s site data and cache.
Log in as an admin user.
Navigate to:
http://localhost:5173/communityportal/ActivityAttendance
Verify that the page renders correctly in both light and dark modes.
Confirm that six distinct categories are displayed, each with a corresponding number.
Verify that the pie chart renders correctly, showing:
Only these two groups should contribute to the participation percentage.
