feat(123_share): support 123_open as ref

让 123 Share 驱动支持使用 123 Open 接口获取直链

通过增加「转存文件夹ID」设置。填写 ref 类型为 123 Open，在获取地址时会使用秒传信息转存文件到缓存文件夹，然后使用 123 Open 的接口获取下载地址

Motivation and Context / 背景

1. 123 网页版登录不稳定
2. 123 Share 网页版下载接口存在限制
3. 123 Open 没有获取分享下载信息的接口

How Has This Been Tested? / 测试

测试可用，获取下载地址时会自动转存到缓存文件夹并下载，下载地址会缓存
