This PR adds functionality to give items from lookups directly into the players inventory.
The motivation for that is explained in #810. So a small button and a "give" command were added (see image).
For the button to appear, the item needs to have metadata, like a display-name or enchantments.
I primarily intend to use this functionality on my own server, but maybe somebody else might find this useful. If some more work is needed to make it appeal to a more broad audience, please don't hesitate to let me know.
