Make sure you delete the old files before updating

• Fixes manual text input in FOV Scale box, breaking the program
• Fixes FPS min value to 30, like the game intended.
• Attempts to stabilize and fix the FPS Changer
• Added guide for disabling V-Sync
• Set options that most players enable to be on by default.
