docs: Add docs.promptless.ai as additional custom domain

Updates fern/docs.yml to serve documentation from both docs.gopromptless.ai and docs.promptless.ai by converting the custom-domain field from a single string to an array with both domains.

Note: After merging, you'll need to contact Fern (via your dedicated Slack channel or support@buildwithfern.com) to complete the DNS setup for docs.promptless.ai.
