Adds full support for PSMF (.pmf) and PAMF (.pam) files except for user data streams.
I've enabled all decoders for the codecs supported in PAMF files, but if you just want support for the ICON1.pam videos, then you only need
--enable-demuxer=psmf --enable-decoder=atrac3p_atsin addition to the rest.
