This makes it so the UI progress bar is updated each time a gamelists.xml is finished being read by a thread and shows all the systems being read at once. Previously, it would just show 'whatever' system 'one' of the threads was reading, and the progress bar would rather "jump" past many increments for each gamelists.xml being read.
