What is Chromogram?

Chromogram is a spin-off of the classic cryptogram game. Instead of numbers, you have colours, and for simplicity, if you enter a letter in a box and if that's the right guess, it will be entered in all the boxes where it is supposed to be present. The term "chromogram" here in the context of the game is a combination of two words: "chromo" and "gram", where "chromo" means "colours" and "gram" is for "letters/typing"; in the context of this game, it means colour-coded letters.

Inspiration

As we have already said, we are inspired by the Cryptogram and we wanted to do something different, so we decided to add colours to the game.

Unique Mechanics

So, all the cryptogram games that we had played were plain and simple; the one that we made has a lot of colours, and we are constantly still trying to add more colours because there are many levels where two colours are almost identical.

Beta Status

So, we have decided that 2-3 beta versions will be launched and tested before the main app gets launched. Right now we have launched one of the betas in the last week of June, and the 2nd beta will be launched in the first week of July.

Plans for launch

We really are hoping to launch the app on July 25, 2025. [^2]

[^1]: Got little delayed, but rest are supposed to be on time or before time [^2]: That's a special date for us, so we want to launch our first app on that day. If for some reason we are not able to launch it on that day, we will postpone it to some other day after a few months.
