Also add a `sig` member signature to match against a full method signature. Smudge the signature interfaces a bit to make it easier to handle in one class.

Also add a
sigmember signature to match against a full method signature. Smudge the signature interfaces a bit to make it easier to handle in one class.This is mostly to make writing some tests a little easier, but it'll also be neat sometimes. Lays some ground work for future member signatures.
