Learning about the HIR format is difficult if you can't get zjit to generate it for code snippets. It's not obvious to newcomers that HIR won't be generated unless the `zjit-call-threshold` is reached (default 30).

I found learning about the HIR format difficult because I couldn't get ruby/miniruby to output it using the
--zjit-dump-hiroption. I eventually realised it won't be generated unless thezjit-call-thresholdis reached (default 30).I'm a new contributor to ruby. Any guidance is greatly appreciated 🙏
