Issue #114 says the agent writes raw SQL against
asyncoperationto check import status instead of callingtxc env deployment get. The issue blames discoverability, but the real cause is that commit 409513a renamed a bunch of CLI commands (show→get, plus a few hyphen-vs-underscore tweaks) and the skill markdown files weren't updated. Those skills get injected into the LLM sampling prompt, so the model kept being told to call tools that no longer exist, got tool-not-found, and improvised with SQL.
