- replaced hardcoded HARD_QUESTIONS dict list with external JSON file (coding_questions.json)
- added non repeating random question picker
- shuffling options while keeping correct answer accurate
- removed legacy a)...b)... prefixes, options are now plain text
- JSON loader validates file existence and raises error if empty
- added more questions to the question list (coding_questions.json)
- and make option letters bold (on embed)
