- Rebase fix/vbi-react-sync-design onto the latest upstream/main and resolve builder/docs conflicts.
- Add the initial @visactor/vbi-react hook layer and starter components, while keeping packages/vbi-react/DESIGN.md aligned with the real delivery status.
- Extract vbi-react-starter as a standalone demo, restore professional to its legacy role, and stabilize field-panel/layout/data-loading behavior.
- Refresh pnpm-lock.yaml and document the website dev-server stale-cache restart workflow.
