This PR fixes tidyverse/haven#724 - the provided test file has a different SAS magic number and a different version format to usual (version number is "9.1TK" instead of something like "9.0000M0").
A similar file is noted in the SAS format notes from sas7bdat.
I've added a check for the extra magic number and updated the code that parses the release string to allow for the TK variant.
