Update WordPress.org Plugins Team naming for consistency

Updates references to the WordPress.org Plugins Team throughout the codebase to use consistent and accurate naming conventions. This ensures clarity and aligns with the official team name used by WordPress.org.

Changes made:

• Updated plugin author credit from "WordPress Performance Team and Plugins Team" to the correct team designation
• Standardized references in AI prompt files to use consistent terminology
• Updated documentation references to "WordPress.org Plugins Team" for clarity
• Ensured acronym usage (PRT) is properly defined on first use

Why is this needed?

Maintaining consistent naming across the codebase:

• Improves clarity for contributors and users
• Aligns with official WordPress.org team naming conventions
• Ensures proper attribution and recognition
• Makes documentation easier to understand and maintain

This is a non-breaking change that only updates textual references to ensure consistency across the project. No functional behaviour is modified.
