It was not possible to run IDLE on the bundle python of pyx2cscope, we reverted it to OS based decision (user selects its preferred editor)
Included help on Web GUI and also helper for obtaining IP Addresses for mobile view.
Included additional tests to check broken urls on qr codes and window links.
help on QT app was not loading, fixed including resources folder on distributable
