Steps to run:

• Make sure docker is installed in your system
• Clone the repository
• Inside NotifyByMail.ts, user the proper from adderss and proper authentication credentials
• Use docker-compose file to run the application
• use localhost:3000 to access the appliaction in the browser
• use District no. and your email address to register for the application
