Summary
Adds PubX bidder support by registering it as an alias of nexx360BidAdapter.

Changes
Added { code: 'pubxai', gvlid: 1485 } to the ALIASES array in
nexx360BidAdapter.js
.

Why
PubX uses the nexx360 infrastructure, so it doesn't need a separate adapter.

Testing
Confirm bid requests to pubxai route through the nexx360 endpoint (https://fast.nexx360.io/booster).

Be sure to test the integration with your adserver using the Hello World sample page.
