Add dtls12_kx_groups() accessor that excludes X25519 since DTLS 1.2 does not yet support it. Update build() validation to check per-version kx group compatibility and update the x25519 handshake test to use the new config filter API. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
