Summary

  • add Azure Trusted Signing setup to the publish workflow for Windows CLI binaries and replace the old SignPath-only flow
  • sign Windows desktop bundles through Tauri so the shipped app, installer, and bundled opencode-cli sidecar are signed together
  • feed the signed Windows CLI artifacts back into desktop packaging and npm publishing so release assets stay aligned
