External github pin in both manifests (.claude-plugin + .agents) plus a README Plugins section and commands list. Manifest-only chore + repo-doc change - no agent-plugins release. The daily external-plugin updater now tracks claude-delegator releases generically (manifest-sync gate verified locally).
