XCom is now scoped by team at the Execution API in multi-team mode, alongside Variables and Connections. Update the multi-team concept doc with an XCom resource-isolation section and note in the security model that these resources are team-scoped, while keeping the caveat that full task-level isolation is not yet guaranteed.
