Remove incorrect type hint.

The type hint for WriteImpl is set to with_output_types(str), but it will use _finalize_write that will return window.TimestampedValue.

This causes an error like this when running and enabling type checking:

According to type-hint expected output should be of type <class 'str'>. Instead, received '<apache_beam.transforms.window.TimestampedValue object at 0x703a8a63bfb0>'

This simply removes the type hint. Not the optimal solution, but easiest solution to avoid the issue above.
