[ErrorProne] enable NarrowCalculation check

This PR enables the NarrowCalculation Error Prone check in Apache Beam and fixes a violation found in the nexmark module.

Changes

• buildSrc/src/main/groovy/org/apache/beam/gradle/BeamModulePlugin.groovy: Removed NarrowCalculation from the disabledChecks list.
• sdks/java/testing/nexmark/src/main/java/org/apache/beam/sdk/nexmark/sources/generator/GeneratorConfig.java: Fixed a NarrowCalculation warning by casting PROPORTION_DENOMINATOR to long before multiplication to prevent overflow.
