Yes, this PR is related to Issue #2187 and follows the [DOCS] naming format.
(It contributes to improving documentation but does not fully close the issue.)

What changes were proposed in this PR?

Added a Quick Start section for Python, Scala/Java, and R, each linking to the detailed setup guides on the Sedona website.
This makes it easier for new users to get started with their preferred language quickly.

How was this patch tested?

  • Ran pre-commit run --all-files — all checks passed.
  • Verified links and Markdown formatting on GitHub preview.

Did this PR include necessary documentation updates?

  • Yes, documentation improved for onboarding.

thanks for the PR . I don't think we should add long content into README. Maybe we should add to the website somewhere.
