This PR removes the Claude Code PR Review workflow from the GitHub Actions pipeline. The workflow previously provided automated code review capabilities using Claude AI through the auth0-ai-pr-analyzer-gh-action, triggering on issue comments, pull request review comments, and pull request reviews.
