Fix v1 S3 getUserMetaDataOf transform

Modifications

• Add check in S3PutObjectRequestToV2 for chained methods on ObjectMetadata
• Add transform for getUserMetaDataOf in V1GetterToV2 , to .metadata().get()

Testing

Added E2E tests
