Update base Code-OSS version to 1.111.0

Description of Changes

The scope of this PR is to update the base Code-OSS version, make sure that the new version builds with the patches applied on all targets.

• Updated Code-OSS upstream to 1.111.0
• Manually resolved conflicting patches
• Removed stale patches
• Refreshed all patches to remove accumulating drift for diff hunks
• Added semantic context for each patch file header regarding their purpose
• Fixed build errors
• Regenerated package-lock.json and third party license files
• Cleaned up unnecessary license check exclusions

Testing

• Only tested that update automation process is successful. Successful execution (apart from sending metrics/notification) on origin branch: https://github.com/azmkercso/code-editor/actions/runs/23247678435
• Further functional testing, adjustments and ongoing development (including excluding any additional features) will be performed on main branch after merge
