Description of Changes
Update config with placeholder chat agent provider. This provider is used at multiple places load-time, and is currently crashing because of missing values. Adding empty placeholder values ensure that there is no load-time crash.
Testing
Adjusted the product configuration in the https://github.com/aws/code-editor/actions/runs/23338620712, and tested locally that this fixes the crash
