Apply Spotless reformat to entire project

Description

This is an internal PR from branch code-auto-format-reformat to the branch containing the Spotless configuration code-auto-format.
Both branches will later be merged together into master.

Purpose

• To separate the Spotless configuration changes from the full-project reformat.
• This separation allows for a clear and focused review of the Spotless configuration in one PR and the automated reformatting in another.

Details

• All files have been reformatted using the Spotless rules defined in the configuration branch.
• No functional or behavioral changes — formatting only.
• Fixed unit tests that were directly asserting JSON strings instead of verifying object similarity.
• Formatting applied via ./gradlew spotlessApply.

Next steps

• Once both PRs are reviewed and approved, they will be merged together into master.
