The logo was identical across all 4 locale directories, so move the new AGP logo to static/img/ (locale-independent) and update home.jinja2 to reference it directly. Also fixes misnamed @3x file (was missing 'x'). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
