Jujutsu's `.jj` directory is changed even with `jj status` and `jj log` commands. Jekyll notices these changes and tries to regenerate the site. It is harmless but quite noisy in the log. This change adds `.jj` directory to Jekyll's exclude list so that it ignores whatever filesystem changes happen there.
