Currently project with react 19 has to use react-draggable 4.5.0 because 4.4.6 is not compatible. However since react-dnd pinned the version to 4.4.6, this creates conflicts.
Proposed solution
Use a newer version of react-draggable. Besides, use a range syntax to allow downstream project to use newer version without having to release react-rnd.
