Added a warning about: Hanging INSERTs of Drafts with LargeBinary fields when using HDB.
This is internally tracked in cds node item 2547.
I am uncertain whether this is the right spot to put this: I think it should go into the node section, since it only concerns node. The topic seems to be too niche for the general troubleshooting section. Personally, I would associate the symptom with "Draft" rather than "cds.Services > Class cds.DatabaseService" - and AFAIK
INSERTs should only take place during handling of theNEWevent.
