Remove defunct Ports.com link/description from maritime section.
Expanded the existing Searates section to include multiple services offered on the site. This includes more maritime capabilities such as port pathing, CO2 calculator and vessel tracking. Warned users about daily request limit on free tier.
Fix Searates link formatting.
Added description for Submarine Vessels Tracking Map in the maritime section.
