As we are migrating away from travis-ci.com we want to switch to github actions.
I've used gemini LLM to suggest a github actions implementation based on the existing
travis.ymlfile. After a quick review I did not find any obvious issues but disable the email integration.The workflow has not been tested yet since it depends on an SSH key I don't have access to.
