We still have some regressions to fix which were introduced in this cycle including https://trac.cppcheck.net/ticket/14519 and https://trac.cppcheck.net/ticket/14530. I also would have liked #8173, #8235 and #8210 to be merged before the release.

And we should bump simplecpp so it is in sync with Cppcheck regarding Clang 22.

I finishing up the drafts which only need minor work. If all goes fine we should be ready by the end of the day.
