Adds the LS_Metadata_reader extractor. This extractor takes an EPU or SerialEM directory as input and produces OSC-EM output json.
This PR was created as part of the MADICES III conference.
The software is deployed as either cli binaries (but isn't currently on conda) or as a docker image. Docker support would rely on datatractor/schema#12. As such, this will be marked as a draft for the time being.
The extractor is also unusual in that it takes a directory as input. This might cause some issues; see datatractor/schema#13.
