This PR aligns the OCP SDK with the core pillars of the OCI Mandate:

  1. Architectural Integrity: A2AService now utilizes the repository pattern via this.db.findAgentById, ensuring modularity and preventing direct database model leaking into business logic.
  2. Security via Zero Trust: A2AService.executeTransfer now requires and validates cryptographically signed AP2 Mandates when in STRICT_MANDATE_MODE, serving as the "Last Line of Defense."
  3. Standardization: All policy and security-related validation failures across A2AService, AgentService, and WalletService are now consistently prefixed with "Zero Trust Validation Failed: ".
  4. Developer-First Excellence: The documentation suite and UI have been audited to remove decorative emojis, maintaining a professional "high-end IDE" aesthetic, and the Next.js app build has been verified for correct nested content rendering.

Tests have been updated and verified to ensure no regressions were introduced during the standardization of error messages.
