- Restructure RU/EN docs: overview, capabilities, usage, API, cron, limits
- Switch from interval to cron-based schedule (e.g. */5 * * * *)
- Add Enable Monitoring vs Enable Health Check toggles
- Document API: monitoringConfig, GET .../health, GET .../health/history
- Add cron examples table and where-to-configure table
- Add quick checklist and troubleshooting (unknown status)
- Align template variables ({{.service.name}}, etc.) and notification types

- One flag: only Enable Monitoring (MonitoringEnabled); remove Enable Health Check - Remove enabled from monitoringConfig in API examples (RU/EN) - Remove 'only in code' / 'configurable only in code' wording (user has no code access) - History limit: 'fixed by platform, not configurable' in tables Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
