Summary
/install.shの配信を廃止し、https://dl.basex.jp/iのみに統一pages.ymlの_site/install.shコピーを削除installer-hosting.mdのエイリアス記述を削除install.sh（配信元ファイル）は維持マージ後
/i=200、/install.sh=404 を確認予定。
