Per billing SME: "As of Dec 10, 2025 (see here), all legacy subscriptions have been migrated.
There are no product-led / self-serve customers left who can use instructions that refer to Legacy Docker subscription in docs."
PR to remove legacy procedures and flatten tab component to be the up to date steps.
TO DO:
Confirm with Build Cloud tech writer SME to ensure that the legacy procedures have parity in other parts of the docs site.
