Add temple scene. Add PNGs for temple variations. And one SpriteFrames resource per PNG, for easier use. The SpriteFrames are set to automatically play the default animation. Finally, use the purple temple in the Void runner scene. #1692

CollisionShape2D needs to be a direct child of StaticBody2D.
This is the same script as used for bushes, carrots, etc. It will let us swap in the SpriteFrames in scenes that use it.
