Nice slides organization. Very minimalistic. I like the screenshots.
No worries about lack of test scores data for this project. Trends of policy itself is interesting enough.
I'm very surprised the results came so similar across different types of schools. I would double check to see if there is a syntax error somewhere in the code?
My guess is, eg, region is coded as number? If so, it should be treated as categorical not numeric. So, for each region you should add an indicator variable, eg, is the school in region X, yes/no, is it in region Y, yes/no, for every school.
It would help to discuss what ppl are talking about banning phones in schools in the intro. If anyone opposes it etc. Could tie this discussion with implications.
I like the ethics discussion. Law and ethics are very much interrelated!
