• Great topic. Intro motivation 👍
• Try explaining a bit why Chicago was used, and introduce Chicago later after discussing motivation.
• How big are the data files? If too big, try to lighten by getting rid of string columns etc.
• I really like the maps you presented. It seems like you are on right track but more work needs to be done.
• Don't use dots that are centroids unless they are meaningful. You would shade the entire polygon.
