Follow-up cleanup. otelcol-contrib is fully removed from every live edge node (the cutover ran the role's cleanup), so the role + its
otelcol_contrib_cleanup: trueflag are no longer needed. Remove the role from the playbook entirely — leaving just the flag would flip the role back to its default (deploy) and re-create otelcol. Source-only; no runtime change (applies at next deploy).
